Working in the mines, drill sites, airports, shipyards, fire and rescue, emergency response, road traffic control, or in low visibility areas where bad weather is frequently experienced requires tradie men and women to wear hi-vis workwear.

Hi-vis or high visibility work clothing is usually made with reflective tape or other highly luminescent materials that can easily help other workers identify movement even in dark areas and in places where many movements happen such as shipyards, construction sites, airports, and mines.
